XAVIER UNIVERSITY: 
ADMISSIONS CAMPAIGN​

With the demographic cliff of the Great Recession impacting the number of college-age students available, Xavier University knew they needed to go above and beyond for the acceptance process. Xavier's efforts were recognized by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) with a Gold Circle of Excellence Award for Student Recruitment.

DEMOGRAPHIC: Gen Z high school students

GOAL: To encourage commitments and deposits

FEATURES: 

• Highly personalized content, including references to hometown, selected major interest, local career opportunities, military affiliation, legacy families, and high school type (public, private Catholic, or private Jesuit Catholic)

SPECS:

• Acceptance packet with variable content with more than one million possible combinations

• Acceptance poster with a quote from the student's application essay

• Xavier flag in custom die-cut box for deposited students
