HIRING CAMPAIGNS​

TriHealth, like all medical networks, has been struggling with hiring and retaining employees, especially in the pandemic. These campaigns have acknowledged the tough jobs that medical professionals hold. Instead of only enticing with high pay and sign-on bonuses, these campaigns have yielded much success with their emotional connection.

DEMOGRAPHIC: Mixture of medical professionals of varying ages who just graduated, those seeking a new career, and even people looking for non-medical positions, such as administration or cleaning

GOAL: Increase applications & hires

FEATURES: 

• Emotional imagery, some stock and some provided by client

• Use of calming blue & energetic yellow where appropriate; on-brand color usage

• Developed stylized design elements inspired by TriHealth logo
